Good things come in small packages, but they last long. At least in the case of Meditech’ s devices which are so reliable that some of the 20-year-old machines are still working. Working very well, actually. The users’ experience is not the only source of reassurance on the reliability of our units. Warranty is something that we are obliged to provide by regulations, however, it is also something that we happily offer and guarantee to help our users make a choice.
This is why we are happy to announce that as of 15th January, 2021 Meditech, guarantees 3 years of warranty for every recorder unit, and a 12-month warranty period for non-disposable accessories (including the cuffs). All the changes have been implemented in accordance with the Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 1999 on certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees. The changes of the warranty policy are effective in the case of devices purchased on or after the 15th of January, 2021.
We hope that both our existing users and the prospects are going to appreciate the changes and they will make them even more confident in their choice of Meditech devices.
